Learning & Arriving: Awake, Sleeper!

Arise from the dead;
Sleeper, awake,
And on you Christ will shine.
Walk in love,
Just as Christ loved you,
And gave Himself up to be thine.
 
You were formerly in darkness,
In the LORD you are light;
Walk as children of God
Whose fruit is truth and good and right.
 
Try to learn to please the lord;
Be careful how you tread.
Don’t get dissipated and drunk;
Be filled with the Spirit instead.
 
Speak to one another in psalms,
Hymns, and spiritual reverie.
With your hearts to the LORD
Sing and make melody.
 
Walk in love
As Christ loved you.
Let none deceive;
Expose the true.
